Day 2. Flight to Cusco City
Breakfast at the hotel, pick up and transfer to the airport to get your domestic flight to Cusco City. Travelling from Lima to Cusco you will have gone from sea level to the heady heights of 11,500 feet. To give you the chance to acclimatize, the first day is free for relaxation. But if you're up for a bit of exploring, the city center is pedestrian-friendly and full of fascinating sites, colors and people. Day 3. Private Half Day City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel, pick up from the hotel and during your private tour of Cusco, the capital of the Incan Empire, you will visit Sacsayhuaman, an immense Incan complex with impressive stonework; Koricancha, one of the most important Incan temples (the walls were once actually coated in gold!), live folklore show to appreciate the different dances of the different regions of the city of Cusco, Dinner and transfer to the hotel, overnight in Cusco City Hotel. Day 4. Machu Picchu Full Day Tour
Breakfast at the hotel, pick up and Transfer to Ollantaytambo Train Station, then we will board the train to travel for 1 hour and a half from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes Machu Picchu, This world-famous site is easily the most remarkable pre-Colombian city in the world, partially because of its mysterious beauty and its lofty place among the Andean cloud forest. A guided tour will help you discover and understand what Machu Picchu shares about the life and customs of the Incas. Surrounded by dramatic terraces cut into the mountain sides, famed for innovatively feeding the empire, this complex city will have you fascinated all day. Narrow roads and steps connect ancient houses, temples, warehouses, and a large central square. Our guide will give you a thorough history of the ruins and the Incas as well as share with you the possible explanations for Machu Picchu’s function and importance. Day 5. Second Visit to Machu Picchu
Breakfast at 6 am, Pick up and transfer to the bus station to get the bus up to Machu Picchu, you will have the chance to visit a different circuit of the huge Inca Sanctuary. lunch at noon, later, transfer to the train Station, trip back to Cusco and Transfer to your hotel in Cusco. Day 6. Flight Back to Lima City
Breakfast at 8 am, Free morning at your leisure, and at the agreed time you will be picked and taken to Cusco City airport to get your flight to Lima City, Arrival in Lima and Farewell.
The Inca Rail First Class Train travels the route to Machu Picchu and back. Inca Rail’s First Class Train is furnished with comfortable leather seats, tables, and large windows. The First Class Train is equipped with air conditioning and lavatories. Live music is performed during the journey in the Observatory-Lounge carriage.
